Brewed at batch of Honey Weizen a week ago last Sunday (3/16) and it was still bubbling a little through the airlock last night. I took a hydrometer reading this evening and it is at 1.008. Instructions say it should have gotten down to 1.010-1.012.

I've not had a batch ever go below the FG that was on the instructions and was wondering if this happens much?

A taste of the hydrometer sample is very tasty!

Primary: Midwest Honey Wiezen
Secondary: empty
Bottled: Midwest Porter
Drinking: Midwest Flat Tire
On deck: Midwest Raspberry Wheat

My understanding of this is that in general it can range +-.005 from the TG. You should be fine. I have had it drop 3 points below the TG on one of my kits. RDWHAHB
