So what happens when you run across a Milk Cooler on craigslist for $300 delivered?

After verifing internal dimensions it's time to do a bit of the DIY and convert this thing into a Fermentation chamber/keezer.

The Milk Cooler (TMC-58) can hold 8 6.5g carboys, or 8 10g Cornys, or more 5g Cornys than I currently own.

This project has 4 basic parts:

1. Flexwatt fermwrap for the carboys/Cornys.
2. Tap tower/Jockey box for serving.
3. Repairing the Milk Cooler (it was bought DOA, but retails new for $2500-$3000)
4. Making a control panel to operate all this stuff, and do double duty on my Brew Tree controling the Honeywells/Pumps.

Primary directives:
Do it on the cheap... :rockin:
Have fun, and K.I.S.S.

Oh,
That was the first thing to go. The GF wasn't impressed, she liked it though. :p

Flexwatt heat tape is the shi*. I've been using it for a year or so in my fermentation chamber. It works so good.
