Ferminator Connect and TiltPro Wrong temperature

Hello together,

my Ferminator connect has just arrived. I would like to use it with my Tilt pro. I have connected everything and it looks like it working fine. The gravity is synchronised correctly between the Ferminator and the tilt but the temperature readings are totally wrong.

The Ferminator says 411°C (which is totally wrong) in my Tilt app it says 25,6°C which is right.

So what is the problem, I disconnected the Ferminator a couple of times from the power source to reboot it.

I tried to setup the Tilt a second time, now I have two Tilt in my BrewCreator dashboard, how can I delete the second one?

What can I do to get the correct temperature from my tilt?

Doesn't Ferminator Connect's maker have a support line or email?

I can only suppose that the calibration is wrong or the temp probe is directly on some heat source that is trying to increase the ambient temp of the chamber.

You are the first person that has ever mentioned a Ferminator Connect since I've been reading posts here. And although there are quite a few members here from your side of the Atlantic, by far, more are from the west side and that product isn't sold here AFAIK.

I wrote with BrewCreator and the problem was that I have a TiltPro, which writes the data in a different way then the normal Tilt.
So a firmware update for the ferminator was the solution.

Btw. I am from Germany
