What type of weizen? Hefeweizens can generally be bottled in 14 days or so. But something stronger like a weizenbock or dunkelweizen may take a bit longer> higher fermentation temps will speed thigns up a bit
 
10 - 14 days would be typical. Your hydrometer will tell you when it's done but depending on your yeast and other variables it's not easy to just put a number of days on it. Look for a reading in the 1.012 neighborhood.
