Does any body have a list or a link to a list of how long and at what tempatures different beers ferment at?
 
I'm not sure that sort of thing really exists. There are some differences but the variation isn't all that much.

Was there something specific you were trying to figure out or experiemnt with?
 
Wyeast and White Labs both give ideal temperature ranges for each yeast strain...here;s a link to Northern Brewer's yeast page, which lists both brands.

As a general rule, Some Belgian ales ferment at the highest temperatures, foloowed by "conventional" ales, then hybrid ales (alt, Kolsch, California common), then true lagers.
