Hi guys, just after some info I have a my First Marzen brewing, and its been fermenting steadily since 10th May slow the first 2 days now its constant, Ferm Temp Controlled at 10 Celcius or 50F The OG was 1.056 and the FG is 1.009. I did a test today 19th May and its at 1.022 how long should I let it go before increasing temp, I was going to increase to 13c and hold for 3 days stepped at 1c a day?

Any advice is appreciated.

Wayne

One rule of thumb is to begin ramping the temperature up when there are about 5 gravity points remaining. A little sooner or later won't really hurt anything.

So original was 1.056 its avg is 3.5 points per day so another 5 days then ramp up then i think?
