One of the "problems" i fund in my searches for my first beer, that supose to be as simple as a pilsener,is the fermenting temperature. For what i found, lagers(like pilsener) need to fermenting at low temperatures, close to 3 or 4 ºC,and it´s need a refrigerator. Ales,is easier, but i´m not very fond of this kind of beer(except stouts).
Isn´t adviseble to ferment lagers at ambient temperature?

no, it isn't advisable to ferment lagers at ambient temps unless those temps are in the low 50's. I have never made a lager so I am honestly clueless on the process. I do however have my first ale batch going with KOLSCH yeast. It is my understanding that it can give lager like qualities at ale fermenting temps. That may be an option for you. You may also be able to do lagers with a swamp cooler but I am not sure on that.
