So I like most of you needed a fermenting chamber. Was originally using the floor of my pantry as I have concrete floors and was successful a majority of the time, until the summer months kicked in.
Read about the st 1000 controller and while it is cheap and pretty straightforward in its wiring, it wasn't going to make it to my house for 72 hours and I needed a controller now. Using what I had laying around this is what came of it we are now on day 3 of operation without any issues.
