I will be adding the yeast shortly. Just wondering what the ideal temp. should be to ferment?

It is called Muntons Active brewing Yeast 6 grams. In the directions it says to just sprinkle it over the brew and then stir a little after 10 minutes. On the yeast package it says to dissolve the yeast in 1/3 cup of cooled boiled water then wait 15 minutes then add to brew. Which way should I do it? Or doesn't it matter?
Thanks again in advance.

for dry yeast, I've done it both ways. Both worked fine, but I think I preferred dissolving it in warm water (and a spoonful of your wort for food) about 30 minutes before pitching it into the beer.

I've read that sprinkling it on top of the wort without rehydrating it can cause some of the yeast cells to explode due to the difference in osmotic pressure between dry yeast and wort. Rehydrating the yeast in some warm water avoids this shock. I've done it both ways in the past with dry yeast and made beer both ways.
