Hi everyone did my first mash in a mangrove jack mr smicoe with grainfather. I put some of my grains in 20mins late(newbie mistake) and the had let the beer mash for an extra 20 mins. I got og of 1.054. I put some yeast in the frementer it went crazy the first four days that gravity went to 1.025 and has stayed there for 3 days. Im at 23c. ANy advice. Did i not breakdown enough sugars in mash? do I need to repitch? by the way just had a sample it tastes great. THe mr simcoe all grain kit said my og should be 1.049
