Hi everyone, so I brewed the northern brewer all grain bourbon barrel porter and I added vodka soaked vanilla beans to the secondary. Before that, the gravity stabilized at 1.024. Now, I am getting bubbles in the air lock and my gravity went to 1.016. Beer tastes great. Does anyone have experience with restarts like this? Could the vanilla beans done it? When I saw it I feared an infection....

It does not look infected. You may have just kickstarted fermentation again by racking. Nothing to worry about.
