I bought two one gallon kits from NB - Caribou slobber and WH honey ale. I pitched the entire pack by mistake on the caribou slobber on Thursday. I put a standard airlock in and found a mountain of foam and goo spewing the next morning. Quickly changed out the airlock for a blowoff tube. It started chugging away. By Saturday the airlock would not even bubble anymore.

The wort looked milky on Saturday - checked this morning and the milky look is settling out.

Question - is it good or should I trash it?

First beer brew since a bad Mr. Beer attempt a few years ago...have done some cider recently with good results.

Appreciate any advice.

That's the key right there. All the crap from the boil/ferment is getting taken care of by gravity. IOW, you're fine. :D
