Well after the spectacular blowoff last night and the fast bubbling most of the day today, my Caribou Slobber wort has slowed down to just a few bubbles per minute, if that.

Should I be worried? I'm trying to keep the kitchen as close to 68 degrees as possible.

Uploaded a picture of my setup. Snuggled under the towel is my Caribou Slobber in a 1 gallon jug. Blowoff is on the right.

IMO, no, in fact most will tell you the air lock has little to do with fermentation. It's not uncommon for very active fermentation to settle down after a couple days, however the yeast need time to finish and clean up behind themselves.

I would suggest to take a gravity at 10 days just to be sure it's nearly complete, if so, wait 3 more weeks then bottle or keg.

Enjoy
