Is there a network thermostat that can be installed into a ferment fridge? I use the inkbird itc1000 but would like to see the temp from my phone and adjust the settings. If it had a second input to monitor the beer temp as well as the ambient fridge temp, that would be a bonus.

Brewpi allows multiple probes, with at least beer and fridge temps. It can be configured for remote viewing (although I'm not sure about remote adjustment). You can buy from Brewpi or build yourself with info from many threads here, but primarily this one.

BrewPi is the way to go.
