ferment bin to keg?

i have a fermenting bin 25 litres that had a twist on cap. i wanted to know if there is anyway i could turn it into a keg by just maybe drilling a hole near the bottom and attaching a tap so that i could dispense beer straight from it. is this possible?

that fermenting bin - there's a divot at the bottom where it looks like you can put a tap yeah? I think thats for bottling, not serving. Those kegs are not pressure kegs - wrong shape and too light. Get something like the king keg and you're sorted.

i dunno what tap-a-draft is, unless you mean that one I linked to. I have no problems with it once I solved the problem I had that the valve rubber was not properly seated. after that it was fine. have a brew in there now, i racked it from the fermenter a few weeks back and it tastes loverly now!
