Hey everybody,
I'm fermenting a 5 gallon batch of IPA and I wanted to keep my fermentation temp at 68-70 degrees. My fermenter was getting hot so I put it in an ice bath and it dropped significantly. There is still airlock activity, but it looks like a lot of yeast has flocced out... Is there a way to ensure that my fermentation isn't ruined?
I'm sure there's already a thread on this so feel free to post a link so I can follow it there.
Thank you!!
JD
