So... By pushing up the pick day, does that push up the day when the offers list is posted? I'm excited to see what you guys have to offer!

Down for the 9th for submissions. Maybe 11th for posting. And 13th for pick day. Am I too drunk?
That works for me. Then again, I've had a few as well lol. Enjoying some Haze from Tree house to celebrate the Pats victory

Cheers!

Sorry for the late reply, I should have done this sooner. I can't supply for the exchange. I really wish I could have this was such a great idea. Is this only done once a year?

Multiple times throughout, so don't fret. Just monitor this thread for when the next one is posted.

No problem, see you next round hopefully.

I don't mind moving the timeline up. I don't have anything in the works now, haven't had time with working about 85 of the last 90 days. I have 4 or 5 ready now, just have to bottle them up and I'm done. I'll get an offer in in the next day.

I’m good with moving the pick date up too. My offer is in, the beers are bottled and set aside for whomever picks me. I don’t have any future brew days planned at the moment but I have plenty ready to go this round.
Cheers!

Yeah I think I should be fine with the date. I got about 5 differnt things I can send. Possibly 6 or 7 if people want to wait. (Scotch ale and a cabernet sauvignon) the cab is going now but the scotch ale is pending ingredients.

Quick question. Maybe people just didnt take lables off the bottles but I do see a lot of commercial beers posted in the pics from the previous FOTHB threads. Is commercial acceptable as well?

I am guilty of not cleaning the labels off of all the bottles since I started kegging years ago. If you want to toss in a can/bottle or two (or more) of commercial craft beers it is perfectly fine. You do not have to, it is by choice. You can ship your offer and nothing more. Or you can add extra home brews, commercial craft beers or anything else. No one here will be upset if its just the offer they picked in the box, but if there is any extras in the box its a bonus! :) I hope I answered your questions.

You did indeed. Thank you sir

So, I decided I needed another offer. I have two sours that are mediocre. One huge aged coconut stout that's ok. And an ipa that's decent. I wanted to have something special to send. Got the big burners cranking to de-ox in a hurry. 13 gallons, 70 degrees to boiling in 20 minutes!
