Notes: The best and only way to describe the aroma of this beer is freshly-opened tangerine. Big tangerine aroma. Big enough malt backbone to support the hop additions. The bitterness is more like that of a 55-60 IBU beer and the flavor is a tad spicy and piney (on the finish).

Do your instructions recommend listening to deadmau5 when mashing?

More like after the 7th beer before the boil is over.

Today's brew day will consist of nothing but Outkast albums playing.

that hop bill and pic look awesome!! nice work!!

noob question--the wheat and Belgian pils on the grain bill: are they for just a little more fermentables and some haze/ head retention?
