Great looking classic beer recipes. I haven't brewed any yet but they all look pretty solid. Great descriptions accompany each recipe. Very soon I will brew a few of his Mexican Lagers. Big props to the author.

I just came across this thanks to a recent thread here. The recipes look pretty good and great instructions as well as tasting notes. I don't brew IPA's often but want to try their ginger IPA recipe.
