Favorite Hard Rootbeer Recipes

I am looking at making / playing around with some Hard rootbeers.
Anyone care to share a favorite recipe?

I dont know the recipe but i had a hard rootbeer "not your fathers rootbeer" from small town brewery in illinois when i was on vacation in chicago. It was amazing. Tasted just like A&W and at 10% or so abv. If you can find a recipe I would try it out for sure.

Yeah, I totally want to do a hard root beer now. Thanks for putting the bug in me. I plan to try and ferment everything, at least once.
