Favorite Beer/Food paring?

So i am sipping on a green-ish Black Ale and snacking on some Bob's Texas Style salt & vinegar chips and they are making eachother taste extra delicious

so what are some of your favorite homebrews and food parings?

My favorite is a Breakfast Stout, like Founder's (or my soon to be ready; caffeinated version of it...) with eggs and bacon cooked over fire.
