Two chrome "refrigerator conversion kits" from Austin Homebrew Supply. Includes faucet, 4 1/8" shanks and tailpieces... As pictured. Both brand new... One still in the original bag.
$25 per, $40 for both. You pay shipping. I could probably make them fit in a small flat rate box, but I'd have to unpackage the sealed one to do that. I can't guarantee that, though... I need to get a small flat rate box to check.
