When I pitch, its usually at night before bed. It's usually around optimal temp using dry. I try to pitch before bed so im not watching it all day. When i wake up the next morning its bubbling away. By the end of the day its done. I know its still fermenting and all, but everything i jave read says 1-3 days for this process to even begin. Is this normal? I have brewed nothi.g but ales in 5 gal batches by the way.
