If your hydrometers are calibrated and everything else is normal, with this fast of a fermentation i would assume that your ferm temps were high. I usually never check gravity within two days, but plenty of brews have significantly slowed down by day 3 or so plenty of times. US-05 is pretty powerful stuff in my experience, especially if the temps get higher.
