yes i have sended kegs with Blanche in italy , but my Blanche is always ! with pamplemousse .. ( except .. 20 years past )

admittedly i am taken back by the comments here because I have consumed multiple bottlings of blanche and some are obviously pamplemouse infused while others are not and the non-pamps were not 20 years old.

Has anyone opened their bottle of Tequila BA Saison yet that Etre had up?

With only one in the hopper, I want to see that it's ready to go before I open it. I don't want to open it now then rue the fact that I didn't give it the obligatory 6-month Tome Grace Period.

Every time someone makes a post similar to this a part of me dies because I dont have a bottle. ******* hell if I had one it woulda be drank still warm outta the box on my porch upon arrival and I woulda compiled a fully detailed TPS report on it to share.

Have you put up an ISO for it? IIRC, it hit around the time that all the 3F stuff was hitting (A&G, Hommage, etc), so maybe someone added it to their box just because...

People around here know you and your Tomes, and I'm sure someone will help you out.

i'm waiting for more 3F to restock to fill the rest of my box up, but when my bottle comes, i doubt it'll last more than a few days. i don't know how some of you guys have these crazy cellars with 100's of bottles.

Meant to post this a couple weeks ago.

(Excuse the terrible photo). This beer is wonderful and it pains me I only had one bottle. The carbonation typical of Fantome is toned way down, with barely present effervescence. At first, I was afraid this would take away from the experience, but the low carb didn't bother me at all. The mouth feel is a bit thinner than Sur Lie, probably due to the lack of carb. The typical citrus funk from Sur Lie is restrained, taking a back seat to vanilla/oak flavors and phenols. It almost tasted like a barrel-aged Hefeweizen if that makes any sense. This was so pleasant to drink that I wish it were available by the case. danyP, please continue to experiment with barrel aging.

I'm actually anti-cellaring for the most part, and barely even have a cellar anymore. But I do have a bunch of Tomes that I'm sitting on, because they are almost always released too soon, and need 6-12 months to really hit their stride.

No need to be sorry, enjoy it! I have not put up an ISO. With a 1-bottle limit im sure anyone who got it from etre is curious to try it themselves. Ive been in talks with someone about a possible trade, we shall see.

i don't even have the patience for that. i got 8 tomes in the mail in the last 2 months and they all gone already.

While incredibly generous, I still have to refuse. I just wouldnt feel right taking the only bottle away from someone. Please enjoy it.

The person im talking to regarding a trade visited Fantome and was able to snag multiple bottles and I believe he got one with specific intent to trade me. Id like to pursue that avenue before resorting to taking away a sole bottle from someone.

Stock of blanche got ravaged. In the 30 minutes since I posted here it went from 60 to single digits and now its been bumped back up into the 40's.
