Got a few bottles of this. Kinda want to wait a few years to pop them.

Opened on Christmas Day with the family. Very excited to say the Ghost has taken a hold of this one. This could not be more different than the first bottle I opened a few months ago. Upon uncorking a bottle that had been undisturbed in the fridge for several months, it gushed so hard I lost almost half the bottle. The liquid that remained was bursting with citrus (lime zest and orange juice), Tome funk, and bright acidity. I pray the half a dozen other bottles I have turn out to be half as good. Excited to hear others' impressions.

Is this batch 1 or 2? The batch 2 bottles I've had have been sweet. I've been hoping they would attenuate a bit more in the bottle.

Looks like Batch 2 in the picture.

I opened a B2 last week, as well, and it started to turn into what michael was describing above. Not as much lemon/lime as B1, but it still had a strawberry-lemonade thing going on. Now it is drier and a bit funkier. Turning into something excellent, just like B1 was excellent!

Yep batch 2. First one I opened wasn't near ready. This was perfection.

Love this beer so much. Some day I'll be able to score Fantome here in Texas.

Come up on a Friday afternoon sometime, if you have the chance. The bartenders are really good people and there is a group of us that will occasionally open up a fancy bottle or two!

The Fantome keg should be on early this coming week. I believe their Shelton delivery is on Tuesday and it will likely go right on as the next keg.

This is just fantastic. Has some great saison flavors that shine and are complemented by the spices and a finish that I just can't even describe.

Don't post here too much, but this was too good not to. Haven't been this surprised by a tome since Blanche. Perfect amount of funk balanced by the most refreshing lime finish. God damn I want this bottle to last all night.

2016 batch. Summer maybe? Poured a beautiful clear green until I purposely let some dregs in there. Tasting great right now. Bitter and herbal, but also a fruitiness I can't quite put my finger on (like I got from Lindeman's BlossomGueuze).

I love this beer.

Unfortunately this bottle was really skunked, but the previous bottles I've had are like drinking liquid gym socks. Totally my kinda jam. So yeah, pick it up.
