Fall brew recipe request

I do not do all grain I am not set up for it yet but am planning on early next year.

What I would like to do is a pumpkin ale or some christmas brew.

I would like some ideas I do not like IPA's they are to hoppy for my taste.

I am kinda new to brewing as I have only done 2 batches but both turned out very good almost to good.

Any help would be great.
