Does anyone have an accurate extract and SRM value for pure maple syrup for use in Beer Alchemy? I'm looking to start working on my fall maple beer recipe. Thanks!
According to Promash, extract is 1.031 pppg and SRM is 35. Beersmith is 1.030 pppg and 35 SRM.
I've never used it, but I would think that as they are virtually identical, you could trust those figures.
