Hi right now I do a blackberry soda with real blackberry. I was thinking that in the winter I would try real extracts for the berry. How much would I use. I now this is a fast thing but I would like to know a round about thing. I use 6 baskets of blackberry now. How many oz of extract would that be.

That really depends on the extract. What extract are you planning on using?
I used a blackberry extract from my LHBS in a wheat beer. It is gross. I will drink it but I am not a fan. It's natural and says to use 1 oz per gallon. I used 1.5 oz to 4.5 gallons and thank god I don't follow directions!
I would try lorann extracts. I've used a couple and they were good.
