Extract Leftovers Brew

I have leftovers from different brews I have done and I am wondering what I could so with it all. Here is what I have.

DME:
2.6 lbs Muntons wheat dme
2 lbs Muntons light dme

Hops:
.5 oz Mt. Hood
.5 oz Liberty
.5 oz Nugget
.5 oz Cascade

I don't have any yeast so I would have to pick it up at my LHBS so I could pick up grains at the same time so grain selection is not a big deal. So, anything is a possibility except anything really hoppy.

I would just mix it all to about 5gal
2 highest alfa at 60min
the others at 15 and 5min
us-05 dry yeast

1lb of light crystal could give a bit more body tho

Aint leftovers ment to be used as is after all?
