Extra pack of Roselare

I purchase a extra pack of roselare since a pelicle wasn't forming on my supplication clone. I popped the airlock the other day and it smelled sour so I am going to save it for something else...

What should I brew with the roselare? I was contemplating doing a 5g primary fermentation of supplication for blending but then I would have 10g or so at bottling (that's a lot of one beer). Any ideas out there of something I should brew?

Morebeer sells a clone for only $32 too. I plan on doing this one really soon.

You could also just do a flanders red.
