Is there any sensible way to control a induction hob with a Pid/Ssr combination? I would be running the controller via some sort of arduino/raspberry pi system.
I'm considering a tiny (5 litre into bottles) build and induction heating is attractive but not that wonderful that I want to strip out and rewire a hob.
