Has anybody tried it? I have used the now discontiued M27 Belgian ale, which may or may not be the same yeast. I wasn't quite happy with the M27, so I'm kind of hoping that the M29 is a different strain.

Have not used the Belgian but used many of their other yeasts. I am a fan. The workhouse yeast is a fantastic strain, French saison is muted but clean. There is an almost lack of info for their yeasts but try it out and report back. Their products have been a real treat to work with.

Ok, now not on mobile.
Co-worker has used the M27 yeast and loves it. Says it would ferment a porcelain toilet bowl if given the opportunity. Great estery profile, ferments dry and he let it freerise to 75 at the end to ensure some nice twang.
