I made an IPA, I'd share the rec. But I forgot to save it to iBrewmaster (2nd mistake) as I ordered the wrong hops and had to modify the original (1st mistake).
I added the grains to my mash tun and forgot my bazooka filter (3rd). 49 mins into the boil I ran out of LP (4th) and just added the remaining hop and chiller.
I went ahead and turned on the water for the chiller, and a 2-3 mins into it I realize it is leaking into the pot (5th).
A month later, bottling time. I open the bucket and realized I didn't lock the hop holder for dry hopping (6th). I proceed to siphon it, and half way through no more is coming out; the siphon is broken (7th).
What I learned. Beer tastes pretty good no matter how much you F it up.
I also learned to make lists, test equipment and get a bottling bucket. Live and learn.
