Long story short, I forgot to change my frozen water bottles in the cooler and the temp ran up to 72ish. Then I happened to look over at the carboy that my cold crash guardians are running into, and sure enough, there's a regular flow of bubbles happily bubbling out of the tube from the Pilsner. Wasn't expecting that at all.
I'm in week 3 of fermenting. Wanted to keg them on friday just gone, but decided to let these sit at least one more week.
The EPA I have in the other fermenter is fine, not bubbling anymore (at least, nothing noticeable).
Now I'm not sure if I should keg the pilsner on friday or not. Was going to cold crash them starting on Tuesday night. I'll CC the EPA at least, but what's the advice on the Pilsner? Cold crash it or wait for another week before I crash and keg it?
