Hello, I am not sure I classified my beer I just made last night right. What makes soemthing either an ESB or IPA. here is my recipe.
6.6lbs Muntons extra light extract
1/2 lbs crystal malt 1/2 hour steep
2 oz Willimette Hops 5.1AA each oz. full 60 min boil
1 oz Tettnang 5.1AA 3/4 oz last 10 min 1/4 oz last 5 min
1tsp irish moss last 15 min boil
8 oz malto dextrin full boil.
will be dry hopping
1oz Tettnang 5.1 AA in Secondary Ferm
Wyeast 1098 Brit Ale
Just would like to know how this would be classified.
