Okay, tomorrow is brew day again, so I've come up with this brew. What do you think? I have a few doubts.
Is the Cara Blond unnecessary? I could sub it out for sth darker. I think I have some Crystal 150EBC/75L

What about the hops? Have I overdone it? They should produce a good flavour and aroma shouldn't they?

I'm keen to hear what you think. Here's the recipe :

I think Erin must be one helluva hot chick to have a beer named after her. That said, your units are metric, which is going to exclude a large number of peope here. Most don't want to do math in the head like that, though all the ingredients appear to be pretty standard, if not widely accepted among brewers as 'likeable' on some level. I think you'll end up with an ale that has a pretty high IBU, and a decent malt body that may not stand up to an over-the-top hop flavor and aroma. I'm not an IPA fan, just to disclose my bias.

edit: I would not make this beer. Mostly because it has 5 different hops. Excluding the "cheap old man" in me, it just has too many contributions that may not add up to anything "succint". Again, my bias is toward straight forward brews, and if I do get weird it's in the yeast dept. My tongue can't discern magnum bittering from 15 minute simcoe, cascade, chinook, citra, dryhopped cascade. I don't want to come off high falutin' here, just trying to keep it real.. I'm a 'balance' brewer, and may not be the best voice of experience...

Beer is conditioning now, 2weeks time we'll see what it is like. Fingers crossed. In the end , i think we got rid of some of the hop additions, missed some of our numbers, fermentation was at limit of high temperature, it 'll be interesting to see how it turns out.
Thanks for the feedback anyway.

P.s. Erin is my 2month old daughter lol!,

In the end it turned out "just allright". Think we boiled off too much, topped up with too much water so the final beer lacked a bit of body. Next time, we won't be greedy, trying to up the volume. Fortunately was still drinkable, especially in the hot summer days
