enough yeast?

i just brewed 15 gallons of 1.044 og extract brew, when i finished, i discovered i only had two packs of nottingham so i devided them up evenly between the 3 carboys. because of the holiday, my local HBS wont be open until tuesday.

any thoughts?

although not optimal you should be fine...don't panic if there is a lag time up to 60-70hrs (common for full packs of notty yeast).

imo - notty can keep their yeast, but it makes good beer if/when it works right...

IMO you'll be fine. Those packets have a very high cell count. One packet has much more than really needed for a 5 gallon batch.
