I hadn't seen the bruflavor, but this surfaced a few years ago: http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/vide...to-make-cheap-beer-taste-better/1435988969001. Then, just last week I saw this: http://www.gomadhops.com/ which seems like a twist on the hop drops? Someone's bound to hit on it one of these days.

We also thought about having hop extracts available too, although they are a bit pricey. The difference is, the extracts will be going into good beer for fun, not to cover up bad beer.

I wouldn't want any flavorings added to my beer but I wouldn't think twice about a taproom that offered flavorings for beers.

Why not? Just curious.

Just not something I would be into. I don't really like flavored beers, even if the flavor is actually brewed into the beer (fruit, coffee, etc.), so I am nearly 100% certain I wouldn't like a beer where flavor was added as a syrup when serving. However, I understand that a lot of people do like flavored beers, and I can appreciate the novelty of being able to put any number of flavorings into any beer you want. As long as the "neat-beer" was good, I wouldn't think any less of a tap room that offered flavors when serving beer.

Its kind of like those Freestyle Coke machines with all the different flavor combinations. When I use one I usually just get regular Barqs or Coke, but I appreciate the novelty and that some people might like a Orange-Lime-Diet Coke ( ::barf:: )

Should have a pump with a mixture of balsamic vinegar, Limburger cheese and moldy ketchup for people that want to sour up their beers.

How about a squirt of yogurt? Then you could clutch your beer against your chest for heat. After an hour or so, bingo, sour beer.
