How does the hop schedule look?
What WLP yeast strain do you think would be good?

Final Gravity: 1.021
ABV (standard): 6.55%
IBU (tinseth): 55.71
SRM (morey): 11.06
FERMENTABLES:
10 lb - United Kingdom - Maris Otter Pale (72.7%)
1 lb - Torrified Wheat (7.3%)
12 oz - American - Victory (5.5%)
0.5 lb - United Kingdom - Dark Crystal 80L (3.6%)
1.5 lb - Invert Sugar (10.9%)
HOPS:
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 30.87
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 18.69
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 6.15
