I found a similar recipe in another thread but wanted to get opinions on the hop additions.

Here's what I've got so far, didn't modify the grainbill but I only have Willamette and Fuggle on hand. Think a mixed addition at 15 and 0 is better or all Willamette at one and Fuggle the other?

Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Boil Size: 6.13 gal
Estimated OG: 1.060 SG

Absolutely! Fuggles is a fantastic hop. An awesome beer is nothing but fuggles and maris otter to whatever gravity and IBU you want. I like mine at 1.036 and 30IBU. It's a great session beer.

I did a Fuggle/MO SMaSH a while back. I'm not a fan of SMaSHes, but the distinctive fuggles aroma came through wonderfully. It's a great hop IMO

My fuggles are a little more fresh so maybe I'll use the willamette for bittering and fuggle for the 2 aroma/flavor additions...slightly higher AA too. Only 52 IBU though. Haven't had a good commercial example of an english IPA but I guess that's middle of the road.

Oh yeah, think I should reserve about an oz from the flavor additions to dry hop w/?

2.00 oz Williamette [5.50 %] (60 min) Hops 39.8 IBU
1.50 oz Fuggles [4.70 %] (15 min) Hops 12.7 IBU
1.50 oz Fuggles [4.70 %] (0 min) Hops -
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.70 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -

Last thing, has anyone tried corn sugar in an english ipa to dry it out? I understand its pretty common in ESBs and bitters.

I would say yes. The only real difference between an English IPA and a special bitter is the hop additions IMO. I use brown sugars in my bitter recipes, but corn sugar will leave no residual flavours. A dryer beer will bring forward the hop flavour.

I could be wrong though! :)

I just estimated, this is a whole new frontier for me. 4oz it is. But on a side note you prefer brown sugar? I've got both.

Demerara would be most in style. I was on a dark brown sugar kick when I had a project based on price and easy availabilty.

Went w/ brown sugar just because. I had 2.75oz of willamette instead of 2 and just added it all. Bumped the IBUs to 60. Good action a few hours after the 2L starter too.
