So with all this talk of cream ale, and summer being pretty much here (upper 90's yesterday) I was sipping on dude's pub ale and a thought came to me, English cream ale? why not! this would be my first attempt at a light hybrid style beer so I was wondering if anyone would chime in on the recipe. I'm hoping that the MO won't overpower the clean-ness, I could mix it with 6-row, but I'm not sure.
Cream of England
8# Marris Otter. 80%
1.5# Flaked Corn. 15%
0.5# Flaked Oats. 5%
1.25oz EKGs @ FWH
Fermented with Nottingham @55F
