Beer quality probably has a higher profile in the UK because of the prevalence of cask here, but I'd imagine it's talking about temperature control, gassing, line cleaning, glassware cleaning, all that kind of thing, similar to

Seems like a great opportunity to drink some interesting beer. The IPA and sculpin is distributed here in my area, but the lesser-hopped varieties are difficult to find.
