I have recently started my fermentation chamber build. I am wondering what type if enclosure is being used to hold the stc-1000 and the socket?

I used a 3 gang electrical outlet box. I've seen others use 4 gang and/or various size project boxes from radio shack.

You can pick up these project boxes from Radio shack for under 10 bucks.

The sky is the limit on how you can build them. So far the only downside to the project boxes is not having a easy way to mount it somewhere. This could be easily resolved with a keyhole bit, or a mounting bracket to the wall, I just haven't got around to doing it yet. I just lay it on a table beside my freezer.

I used Velcro on the bottom of my project box and put it on the lid of my chest freezer.
