En Skal Til Odin

My Batch of En Skal Til Odin i think might be ready for secondary. No activity in the airlock. with the following readings:

Its making me nervous that the SG isnt dropping, Should I kill of the yeast, put it into secondary with the clay of clearing and let it sit in secondary for a while? add some more flavours or should I keep the fermetation process going by adding a higher tolerance yeast?

It looks like Ive hit a rut in my road, not quite sure how to proceed.

What yeast and how much honey per gallon?

Cote Des blancs yeast and 3.5 pounds honey and the rest water to 1 gallon

That means you started at 1.140 and ended at 1.018. That's 16% ABV. It's done. Bottle it when clear.
