Anyone have experience with the electric or infrared cooktops? Looking for one that will boil a 5L starter fairly easily. I was looking at Amazon and they have a ton but they pretty much all have reviews where people say they will boil water and others will say the same unit will NOT boil water. Ideally I want to keep it under $60.

EDIT- I do not want an induction unit.
