I currently have a 3 tier cooler set up for AG.
I want to start brewing BIAB AG with an electric setup.
I am undecided on controller at this point so I figured I would start with a new kettle.
My current kettle is an 8 gallon set up with valve, thermometer and bazooka screen
My though is to go to a 10 or 15 gallon pot for 5 gallon BIAB batches.
I will not be going to 10 gallon batches unless something seriously changes and I end up splitting batches down the road
I have seen people advising Country Bayou, AIH and Concorde on the cheap end and then going weldless from there
Considering clearance for E-BIAB and a $200-300 budget for pot, thermometer, heating element what would you suggest. I would also like either a sight glass or pot marks on the inside of the kettle.
