I made 2 batched today. Why on earth would my efficiency be 59% round 1 and 70% less than 2 hours later?????????????
I used pH stabilizer in the mash both times. My northern english brown mashed around 150, my robust porter around 154. both mashes were 60min, all my grain was well modified.
