I managed to get a starter going from a bottle of this :

Anyone use it before? The beer had a nice banana nose im guessing it will be a standard bavarian wheat type yeast. Like wyeast3638 or wlp300
 
Typically german brewers will filter out the hefe yeast and bottle with powdery lager yeast.

This one is unfiltered according to the description, the starter I made smelled right and didn't really clear after cold crashing so i think its the right yeast.
