This is my eBIAB rig doing double duty as a gigantic sous vide cooker. The Arbor Fabrication basket makes this super simple to do. Whole rabbit (cut up) with Bordeaux and herbs de Provence, 120 degrees for 2 hours, 140 for 30 minutes.
